Life has been abused on earth for centuries in the form of injustice, slavery, genocide and every other unimaginable and uncalled for abominations. It is but natural that if you treat something unjustly, you will make friends for it. Since the dawn of human civilization, whenever truth, justice and compassion have been threatened, a handful of brave men and women have risen to the task of providing friction to the apathetic, cruel and ignorant. Kranti, which simply means a revolution in Sanskrit, is one such organization.
Ignorance leads people to many suicidal tendencies, thereby causing them to abuse the miracle of life, including their own. This ignorance has many forms, and Kranti has chosen to fight it in one of its most fundamental forms called “speciesism”.
Planet Earth has a very fragile eco-system that no one fully understands. But one thing that we do know for sure is that its an intermingled web of known and unknown variables. Man has been cutting the branch he’s been sitting on for centuries. Ignorance has led us to use modern science to accelerate this process. Each and every creature and plant, no matter how small and big is part of the equation called life, and humans out of their ignorance are systematically destroying each and every part of this ecosystem necessary to sustain complex life on this planet. The branch will soon give way and the human race will be consumed by their self created impending doom while they pride in their denial.
Kranti is an organization composed of a group of fearless and just individuals who love and respect life in all its manifestations. We are not afraid to speak the scientifically researched truth pertaining to our chosen path of fighting ignorance and cruelty. If anything tries to destroy what you love, you will offer resistance. Kranti will undoubtedly face a massive resistance from all ignorant and cruel humans determined to destroy themselves (and all others who do not wish to die). We shall offer an equally forceful resistance to those who destroy what we love.
Its very difficult to defeat an enemy who has an outpost in our heads. We at Kranti strongly believe that you cannot convince anyone about anything for all intent and purposes. It may seem counter-productive but any prison reformer of a developed country will attest to this fact. Even the best doctors in the world cannot cure the apathy of prisoners in some of the top countries of the world where resources are plenty and jails are not as dismal as those of third world countries. In spite of all that, more than 70% of them recommit after release. The rest remain in prison. The ones that do reform are ridiculously low in number and serves no purpose to our cause at this stage of destruction of life on earth. To speak metamorphically, Ram was unable to convince Ravan and Krishna was unable to convince Duryodhan. To many, these people are considered the avatar of “God” himself. Like they say, there was only one man the Buddha enlightened and that man was Buddha himself and there was only one Christian, and he died on the cross. When the so-called “God” itself is helpless in front of human ignorance, apathy and cruelty, we have given up the idea of “converting” people.
Compassionate people are often humiliated for their cruelty-free lifestyle in a gathering of barbarians. Kranti is established to extend moral and organizational support to all those who already share our love for life, justice and compassion - to give voice to the voiceless, strength to the weak and hope to the hopeless, and to give every individual an opportunity to fight for their lives and the ones they love. Because this is the most fundamental of all rights. Anyone who usurps our right to defend what we love has enslaved us. We at Kranti refuse to subject ourselves and our loved ones to the whimsical fancies of people with parasitic tendencies. We wish to go down with our heads held high.
The greatest threat to people is ignorance. The greatest threat to life is ignorant people. Human ignorance has perfected itself to such an extent that it will eventually destroy all good that is left on earth. But we at Kranti do not believe in going down without a fight. Human freedom, animal rights, one struggle, one fight.
